Position Overview

Job Title : Operations Analyst, NCT

Location : Pune, India

Work Timings – US Shift

Role Description

The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Candidate / Application needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. Candidate / Application should ensure that all queries / first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in absence and share best practices with the team.
