Role Overview

We are looking for a Content and Social Media Marketing, who will support the marketing team in creating, executing, and monitoring social media content & campaigns. You'll learn hands on digital marketing skills, content creation, analytics, community engagement, and grow with us.

What you'll do

• Plan, develop and execute social media strategies to align with marketing goals.
• Create, schedule and publish content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, short videos etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Write compelling copy / captions and brief creatives.
• Track engagement metrics and report insights to improve content and campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages and engage with community in a timely manner.
• Support in planning campaigns (contest, giveaways, influencer tie ups) as needed.
• Stay up to date with latest social media tools, best practices, algorithm changes.
