About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead the Managed Offices portfolio for Pune market. The incumbentwill be responsible for the strategy, business development and managing the sales process end toend.

• Develop and implement the business strategy for managed office offerings in line with overallcompany objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing assets and through new acquisitions or jointventures.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure offerings meet evolving tenantneeds.
