Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Application Specialist, located in Raipur. The Sales & Application Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service, managing sales, and offering technical support and training to clients. Day-to-day tasks include connecting with potential customers, identifying their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. Additionally, the specialist will be involved in developing strategies to enhance sales performance and providing necessary training for both clients and internal team members.

• Experience in providing Training and customer support
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
