Senior Recruiter (Urgent Search)

We are hiring Senior Technical Recruiters with experience recruiting for permanent and contract tech roles in the UAE.

As a senior technical recruiter, you will work closely with our Sales Team and Account Managers in UAE, supporting them in a fast-paced, competitive environment with excellent candidates.

Qualifications : Must haves :

• 5+ years of overall recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of recent experience recruiting contract and permanent roles in UAE.
• Understanding of the UAE market and demographics.
• Knowledge of the UAE labor laws, benefits, visa process, etc.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written).
• Ability to build a connection over a call.

Education details :

Must be a graduate in any stream.
