About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Data Analyst

with a strong background in

Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

advanced analytics, AI / ML models, and business intelligence

and will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from data collection and cleaning to modeling and visualization.

Design and implement advanced analytics solutions and AI-driven models to solve business challenges.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, IT) to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies in the AI / Analytics space to enhance analytics capabilities.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles in the Analytics & AI domain.

Strong proficiency in

SQL, Python, R , or other analytics / programming languages.

Hands-on experience with

AI / ML techniques , predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.

Expertise in

data visualization tools

such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Solid understanding of

data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies .

Ability to translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI frameworks is a plus.
