General Responsibilities
- Review operational metrics regularly with the management team and provide detailed understanding of business performance for the site
- Build strong working partnership with the client by regular and structured engagements on a daily basis to establish operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth
- Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients. Acquire and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the clients service requirements
- Managing and leading a team of Program Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met and building leadership across the team
- Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and juggle simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and manage all to completion
- Oversee the team to organize resources, sets goals and track performance on a day to day basis
- Identify and facilitate training needs based on organization Goal and Develop the functional expertise in the Team
- Review the training needs analysis for the team, design and implement Individual Development Plans
- Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared and implemented
- Drive continuous improvement through business process standardization and quality projects
- Conduct monthly one-one meetings with the team to identify issues and areas of improvement and drive individual development plans based on the analysis
- Manage Day to Day employee related issues by providing appropriate resolution
- Coach, Mentor and Motivate team with excellent people engagement
Here is some of what you ll need (required)
Bachelor s degree in engineering or science or management or equivalent with a minimum of 9 years of overall experience, to include 4 years in a team management in previous role(s)Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, preferable in the EMS industryExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues to the managementAbility to work on multiple tasks and should be flexible to deliver beyond expectationsThe ability to work in a global environment with a strong customer focus, with experience of pro-actively working with demanding customers in a flexible mannerTeam player, must be able to collaborate across multiple operational areasProficient with Microsoft Office products like Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioLeadership skills as well as great communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work within a virtual (offshore) team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projectExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with and influence othersCustomer stakeholder Management exposure with good presentation skills is a mustAbility to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer DemandsNeed to be prepared and flexible to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zonesPreferredDomain knowledge in Manufacturing will be an added advantageBasic / Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferredHere are a few of our preferred experiencesExcellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc.Knowledge of MS -Project will be added advantageBasic understanding on office Automation or automation through Excel will be added advantage.What you ll receive for the great work you provide :
