About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Product UX Designer with strong FinTech expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying complex workflows, designing intuitive digital products, and delivering impactful experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for FinTech and enterprise products.
• Translate business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Create design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for design thinking and contribute to shaping product strategy through design insights.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
• Stay updated with emerging UX / UI trends, particularly in the FinTech domain.
