One Stream / Oracle HFM Consultant

Job descriptionProven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting domains. Strong understanding of consolidation processes , intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements. Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar products is also acceptable. Solid project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams . Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English.
Location-Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting , with a focus on OneStream , but also considering Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar tool.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support .
- Drive process optimization and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or improvement opportunities.
