Manager - International Sales - Manufacturing / Auto

Core Responsibilities :

• Key Account Management : Drive revenue growth and account penetration within a mature, existing account by fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
• Customer Interface : Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high service levels, quick turnaround on requests, and proactive communication, especially with demanding international clients.
• Project & Execution Oversight : Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments, execution of project milestones, and accurate documentation for tenders and proposals.
• Accounts Receivable Management : Track and ensure timely collection of payments, working closely with finance and the customer to resolve any disputes or delays.
• New Product Development : Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and launch new products, aligned with customer requirements and strategic growth goals.
• Commercial Operations : Manage quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations while maintaining strong financial and contractual acumen.
