About the Role
We’re looking for a Copywriter who deeply understands the world of modern Indian beauty, skincare actives, ingredient science, D2C product storytelling, and e-commerce performance marketing .
This role is ideal for someone who has written for top cosmetics and skin-care brands or similar new-age beauty brands. If you can blend science + lifestyle , craft high-intent copy for product pages , build SEO-rich content , and write high-converting ad scripts , this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website, Product & E-commerce Copywriting
- Write D2C-style product descriptions , hero copy, ingredients list explanations, and routine guides.
- Turn skincare actives (Niacinamide, AHA / BHA, Vitamin C, Retinol, Peptides, Ceramides) into simple, persuasive product stories.
- Create category pages for serums, cleansers, toners, sunscreens, moisturizers, haircare, fragrances, and cosmetics .
- Build SEO-optimized landing pages , product bundles, CTA frameworks, and comparison charts.
- Write for e-commerce marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, Myntra , Flipkart etc.
2. Blog, Editorial & Skincare Education Content
Write long-form articles on skincare routines, ingredient science, before / after transformations, myths vs facts , and beginner-friendly skincare education.Produce dermatologically aligned content referencing formulations, pH balance, patch testing, clean beauty standards, and claim accuracy.Craft trend-based pieces on K-beauty, skin cycling, minimal routines, barrier repair, glass skin, sunscreen layering , etc.Integrate SEO keywords naturally while maintaining an aspirational tone.3. Advertising & Performance Marketing Copy
Write high-converting copy for Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Performance Max , and retargeting campaigns.Build scripts for UGC creators, influencer videos, product demos, reel hooks , and testimonial videos.Create messaging for paid campaigns , focusing on benefits, pain points, and product claims.Develop punchy headlines, hooks, value propositions, and scroll-stopping copy.4. Social Media Storytelling & Creative Copy
Write crisp, aesthetic, and trend-aware captions for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and brand reels .Build storytelling for launches, ingredient breakdowns, behind-the-scenes content, and founder-led narratives.Repurpose long content into micro stories, carousel copy, reel scripts, and hook-first snackable content.Maintain a premium, clean, minimalist brand voice.5. Brand Communication & Creative Assets
Write content for brand brochures, email newsletters, packaging, unboxing cards, product kits, and press releases.Collaborate with design, product, R&D, dermatologists, and marketing to refine messaging.Maintain consistency across ad campaigns, website, catalogues, influencer kits, and PR materials .6. Content & SEO Writing
We’re also looking for someone who can handle the content side of things. You’ll be creating blogs, articles, landing page copy, and other long-form pieces that help us rank for the right keywords. This includes researching topics, aligning content with search intent, and making sure every piece supports our broader marketing goals. The idea is simple : write material that’s useful to real readers and still performs well on search engines.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience writing for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or lifestyle D2C brands .Experience working with top cosmetics and skincare brands etc.Strong portfolio showing product pages, ad copy, blogs, brand tone creation, and SEO writing .Deep understanding of ingredients, formulations, concentrations, textures, clinical claims, and regulatory-safe language .Hands-on familiarity with SEO, keyword planning, content strategy, e-commerce funnels, CRO , and social-first content.Ability to adapt tone : premium, minimalist, scientific, conversational, or GenZ — depending on platform.Excellent research, grammar, and editing skills.Awareness of global and Indian beauty trends , consumer behavior, and digital-first storytelling.Why Join Us
