Responsibilities :
- Manage and strengthen relationships with partner bank branches to achieve sales and revenue objectives
- Drive the sales of insurance products through the bank's channel partners
- Train, guide, and motivate bank staff to promote and sell insurance products effectively
- Support bank teams in achieving business targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities within the bank channel to increase business growth
