Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Ltd. is a leading manufacturer serving India’s defence and security sectors. With strong in-house capabilities, we specialize in designing and producing critical equipment and components for the Indian Navy and Army, contributing actively to the Make in India initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other authorities
- Support preparation and conduct of Board and Committee meetings and maintain minutes
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors as required
- Coordinate with internal teams on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Assist in drafting policies, notices, resolutions, and reports
- Ensure timely filings of annual returns, forms, and other statutory documents
- Support management in corporate legal, secretarial, and regulatory matters
