Job Summary :

Dozco (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) for its manufacturing division located in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the manufacturing unit.

Manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements, MIS reports, and audit schedules.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.

Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and cost allocation.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion.

Supervise and guide the accounting team for efficient day-to-day operations.

Handle financial planning, variance analysis, and cash flow management.

Maintain control over inventory valuation, cost accounting, and fixed asset management.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership from ICAI.

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance within a manufacturing industry .

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP and MS Office applications.

In-depth understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance procedures.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
