Key Responsibilities :
- Build & optimize retention and reactivation journeys on MoEngage and other available tools and channels.
- Reactivate dormant users with personalized offers and communication.
- Own retention, reactivation, and repeat sales targets.
- Run multichannel campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App).
- Segment users, run A / B tests, and improve CTRs & conversions.
- Track performance metrics (retention, reactivation, CLV) and share insights.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Content, and Ops teams.
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years in marketing automation CRM, retention, or online sales-in a D2C or a consumer brand.Strong knowledge of marketing automation (MoEngage / CRM tools).
