Billing Engineer

Operational Duties-

Prepare, review, and issue project invoices as per contract terms.

Ensure accurate, timely billing for services and materials.

Maintain complete billing documentation and audit-ready files.

Conduct cost analysis by tracking project expenses against budgets.

Generate billing reports and highlight variances or concerns.

Handle client inquiries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with project and finance teams for billing-related issues.

Develop and maintain progress trackers, billing cycle trackers, and issue logs.

Requires 2-3 years of billing experience (preferably pipe-laying).

Strong MS Office skills and a B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
