The firm has acquired notable customers ranging from large conglomerates to unicorn start-ups Vedanta, Mahindra, Glenmark, Adani Wilmar, Swiggy, DLF, Crisil, CRED, JG Summit Group, Cebu Pacific Air, Nivea, etc.The vision of Darwinbox to build a world-class product company from Asia and is backed by marquee global investors like Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners and Microsoft.Roles and Responsibilities-Access management Manage user access, permissions and security settings in Atlassian tools.Configure and administer Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence & X-Ray.Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their requirements on Atlassian products such as automations, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, notifications and timely deliver them.Stay current on Atlassian product updates and industry best practices to optimize system performance.Provide end user support for all Atlassian tools.Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other applications as in when required.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures.Work closely with the Information Security Team to ensure a safe Atlassian environment.Monitor JIRA performance and proactively address potential issues.Conduct regular system audits and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.Optimize JIRA configurations to meet the changing needs of the organization.Develop new project boards by collaborating with internal teams.Must have : Candidate must have 2-4 years experience in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence & plug-ins like X-Ray)Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations and plugin installationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCertifications on Atlassian products is an added advantage
