Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to manage hotel partnerships and contracting across Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international markets, a strong supplier network, and proven negotiation skills to secure the best value and inventory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and on board hotel partners across the assigned international regions
• Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive offers, and value-added services
• Manage seasonal rate sheets, contract terms, and allocation agreements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel suppliers
• Ensure timely contract renewals and compliance with internal standards
• Monitor and evaluate hotel performance and service levels
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with client demand
• Conduct destination visits to develop partnerships and explore new hotels
• Analyse pricing trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive
