Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead HR Solutions / HCM Implementation Projects for global clients.

The role requires strong functional and technical understanding across PeopleSoft HCM, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, and Kronos (Time & Attendance) systems, ensuring smooth end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of HCM and Workforce Management projects.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and QA) for successful execution.
• Ensure proper integration between various HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, T&A, Performance, etc.).
• Handle risk management, project governance, and client communication.
• Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain compliance, data integrity, and performance of HR systems.
