Job descriptionDrive high-impact product launches, from planning to go-live and adoption tracking. Build compelling sales narratives, battlecards, and training materials for new features and use cases. Partner with Demand Gen to translate product insights into campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Own competitive intelligence — tracking trends, competitors, and positioning shifts to inform strategy. Work with the product team for in-app marketing and driving adoption Support partnerships : Work with partners like G2, LinkedIn, and Google on joint marketing initiatives. Be the voice of the customer, uncover insights through research, data, and customer conversations. Identify emerging market opportunities and guide product direction in collaboration with Product Management. 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing , ideally in martech, adtech, or analytics platforms. Early-stage startup experience is a must. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution. Proven success in leading GTM strategy and execution for multi-product portfolios. Strong storytelling and messaging—you can turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives. Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead with 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
At Factors, this role will shape positioning, drive go-to-market, and create clarity for our customers and teams alike.
As the Product Marketing Lead, you’ll own core PMM functions — from messaging and positioning to launches, enablement, and customer advocacy. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping how customers understand, experience, and adopt Factors.Ai, while driving close alignment across product, sales, and demand gen.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional copywriting (American English) skills, and this will be a key factor in our decision.
We are looking for someone keen on hands-on execution while driving the strategy.

Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the Factors.Ai platform and its key modules.
- Partner with leadership to shape the GTM strategy across segments and products.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution.
