AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer – Fatigue & Durability.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fatigue & Durability FEA Simulation Engineer to lead advanced fatigue life and structural durability assessments across a wide range of mechanical systems and components. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting finite element analysis (FEA) and applying fatigue simulation methodologies to predict and optimize the performance of welded and non-welded structures under real-world loading conditions.

Your Impact

• Conduct fatigue and durability simulations using nCode DesignLife or equivalent fatigue software tools.
• Perform fatigue analysis based on Stress-life (S-N), Strain-life (-N), Vibration fatigue & Welded joint fatigue analysis
• Apply fatigue theories (e.g., Goodman, Morrow, Smith-Watson-Topper) and cumulative damage rules (e.g., Palmgren-Miner)
• Build high-quality FEA models using ANSYS.
• Correlate simulation results with physical test data from strain gauges, RLDA, or lab testing
