We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Marketing & Advertising Industry and looking for a Business Development Manager with 6+ years of experience.

About the Role

As a BD Manager, you will own the mid-market client engine at Company - managing pipelines, mentoring executives, and closing deals across verticals. You’ll be a player-coach, equally adept at strategic outreach and tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a pipeline of ₹50L+ in annual revenue through new and existing clients.
• Lead a team of BD Executives, conduct weekly reviews, and ensure quarterly targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-size and high-growth clients.
• Co-create pitch decks, RFPs, and proposals with Strategy and Creative leads
• Actively track competitive moves and market opportunities in assigned sectors / cities.
• Report on funnel metrics, revenue forecasts, and performance to the Regional Manager
• Represent company at industry events, expos, and strategic meetings.
