Job Title : SAP RE-FX Consultant

Role Overview

As an SAP RE-FX Consultant, you will be responsible for the

implementation, configuration, and support

of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions. You will work closely with clients to align SAP functionalities with business processes, especially in lease accounting and property management.

️ Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end implementation

of SAP RE-FX / REM solutions.

Configure RE-FX for

lease-in / lease-out contracts ,

IFRS 16 / ASC 842

compliance, and

financial integration .

Conduct

requirement gathering workshops , process mapping, and gap analysis.

Integrate RE-FX with

SAP FI, CO, FI-AA , and other modules.

Manage

real estate master data , rental objects, and contract workflows.

Support

data migration

from legacy systems (e.g., NAKISA) to SAP RE-FX.

Develop

custom reports and dashboards

using SAP Analytics Cloud or BW / BI.

Provide

user training , documentation, and post-Go-Live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5+ years of hands-on experience in

SAP RE-FX

configuration and support.

Strong understanding of

lease accounting standards

(IFRS 16, ASC 842).

Experience with

SAP S / 4HANA ,

FI-CO , and

FI-AA

modules.

Knowledge of

real estate lifecycle management , billing, and depreciation.

Proficiency in

SAP Fiori ,

BW / BI , and

Analytics Cloud .

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

SAP Certification in RE-FX or related modules.

Experience with

document management systems

(e.g., OpenText).

Familiarity with

GIS tools ,

TRIRIGA , or

real estate analytics .

Exposure to

cutover planning ,

UAT , and

data validation .
