About the Role
As the Brand Manager, you’ll own IRMC’s brand narrative across community, content, and communication touchpoints. You’ll drive brand consistency, engagement, and growth across LinkedIn, email, podcasts, webinars, and our paid / free communities. This is a creator–builder role for someone who loves shaping perception, crafting content, and delivering memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day engagement in IRMC’s paid community as a core brand touchpoint.
- Onboard new members with a consistent brand experience.
- Run programming and retention initiatives that strengthen loyalty and advocacy.
