As Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts, you’ll manage the books, ensure compliance, and deliver financial insights that power smarter business decisions. The Impact You’ll Drive
- Independently manage the entire books of accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Own the P&L and Balance Sheet, driving financial visibility, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Oversee direct and indirect tax filings, and manage Income Tax scrutiny cases when needed
- Ensure up-to-date FEMA compliance and stay informed of evolving statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors (internal and external) to lead statutory and tax audits
- Generate detailed MIS reports to support financial planning, forecasting, and business strategy
- Drive high standards in Excel-based reconciliation, data reporting, and automation
What You’ll Bring
4–7 years of relevant experience in core accounting and compliance rolesProven ability to manage books of accounts independentlyStrong understanding of statutory tax laws, audits, and compliance frameworksExperience in FEMA regulations and handling tax scrutiny cases is a plusAdvanced Excel proficiency for building reconciliations and financial modelsAn ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setupFamiliarity with ERP platforms like Tally (SAP / Zoho / NetSuite exposure is a bonus)
