Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and performance-driven Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to lead FundooLabs’ digital and social media activities.
This is a content-led digital role , focused on ideation, execution, social media management, shoot coordination, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking. The role offers a strong growth path into Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager within two years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and brand goals.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
2. Social Media Management
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Build and maintain an active, interactive community through comments, replies, and DMs.
Optimize content for platform algorithms and trends.
3. Content Ideation, Creation & Shoot Coordination
Ideate high-engagement content formats—reels, stories, posts, short videos, educational explainers, DIY science content.
Prepare scripts, shot lists, and creative references for high-quality content shoots.
Coordinate shoots with internal creative team and external vendors.
Review creative assets and ensure high visual and creative standards.
4. Influencer & Agency Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers (mom creators, kid creators, toy reviewers, educators).
Manage influencer briefing, deliverables, and approvals.
Coordinate with agencies, photographers, videographers, and editors.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, follower growth.
Run performance analysis and present weekly / monthly insights.
Optimize campaigns and content strategy based on analytics.
6. Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay updated with platform trends, digital marketing best practices, competitor strategies, and new tools.
Experiment with new content formats like ASMR, transitions, POV content, UGC, and science demos.
Continuously suggest improvement ideas to enhance brand presence.
Skills & Requirements
Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media.
Proven ability to manage and grow brand social media pages.
Strong content ideation and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, VN).
Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle end-to-end digital execution independently.
Preferred
Experience in kids’ category, DIY, toys, education, or FMCG.
Familiarity with influencer campaigns and UGC workflows.
Basic understanding of SEO, ads, or performance marketing (not mandatory).
