Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Jaipur. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The role also includes providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service
• High level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
