Key Responsibilities
1. Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) :
- In collaboration with the respective programs, design and implement M&E frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of UNM Foundation programs.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various initiatives.
- Validate the monitoring data coming from programs through field visits, random surveys etc
- Help the programs analyse the output and outcome to generate insights for program improvement and stakeholder reporting
- Build the capacity of program teams in data collection, reporting, and evaluation methodologies.
- Anchor impact evaluations through external agencies and synthesise for management and board reporting.
2. Reporting & Documentation :
Prepare impact reports, management reports, and internal program updates based on qualitative and quantitative data.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of program outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.Support the leadership team in preparing board presentations, annual reports, and case studies.3. Communications
Develop and execute a communications strategy to showcase program achievements and transformational stories.Work with concerned program teams for visibility and branding (as needed) in case of events and especially for AbhivyaktiCollaborate with creative teams to produce newsletters, blogs, social media content, and publications that highlight the Foundations work.Anchor the website updating and service any information requirements of the corporate communications team.4. Learning & Knowledge Management :
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and learning forums to enhance program effectiveness.Stay updated on best practices in social impact measurement and M&E methodologies.Skills Required
