Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Legal Intern, located in Mohali district with some work-from-home flexibility. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting the legal team in various litigation and non-litigation matters. Day-to-day tasks include preparing case summaries, drafting agreements, coordinating with clients, and responding to legal notices. The intern will also assist in the analysis of legal issues and support senior lawyers with case preparation and document management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis
• Understanding of Corporate Law, Contract Act, Intellectual Property Rights, and Labor Laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently in the final year of a law degree program
• Experience with case preparation and document management is a plus
