Position : HR Learning & DevelopmentLocation : Mahape, Navi MumbaiCompany : Mafatlal Industries Ltd.Website : the Role : We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and support employee training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.Budget for the role : 5LPA to 6LPAKey Responsibilities : Identify training and development needs through regular assessments and feedback.Assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations.Maintain training MIS and reports – track participation, feedback, and effectiveness.Partner with department heads to create role-specific development plans.Support initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and competency frameworks.Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs.Monitor learning KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.3–4 years of experience in HR with focus on Learning & Development / Talent Development.Exposure to e-learning platforms or LMS is an added advantage.If interested, you can share your CV on
