About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager who will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships, driving customer success, and optimising performance funnels through strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Optimization
- Analyse customer journeys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance conversion and client engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement measurable funnel improvements.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
Track and interpret key account metrics to support decision-making.Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews.Translate data insights into clear recommendations for client growth.3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison for assigned B2B clients, ensuring timely communication and strong relationship building.Understand client objectives and align internal resources to meet those expectations.Manage escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.4. B2B Customer Success
Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of products / services.Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively address challenges.Drive value realization and support clients in achieving their business outcomes.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B client handling.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets;familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
