Job Title : Business Development Manager
Salary : INR 3 LPA - 7 LPA
Position Overview : We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales and negotiation skills, along with in-depth knowledge of e-commerce and retail marketplace dynamics
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands looking to expand on premium online marketplaces.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Marketing, and Operations) to deliver value-driven solutions for clients.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
- Represent Zaroori Retail in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : 5–9 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the E-commerce, Retail, or Digital Marketing sector.Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and retail ecosystem.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
