Job Title : Group Head Fabrication

Location : Pune

Division – Enviro

Experience – 12-15 yrs

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units.
• Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.).
• Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Plan manpower, machine loading, and material availability effectively.
• Identify skill gaps and mentor the fabrication team for performance enhancement.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure audit readiness.
• Manage subcontracting activities and vendor performance, if applicable.
