Founded by Manas and Dev Kumar, the company specializes in assisting salaried individuals with tax planning, management, and income tax filing. Recently, Prosperr.io raised $1.55 million in pre-seed funding, led by a prominent investor.

About the Role

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Professional who thrives on ownership and results. You’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure for Prosperr.io’s flagship products : Employee Benefits and Dynamic Payroll.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience
  • At least 1 year as an SDR with a focus on prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Proven track record in end-to-end sales and achieving revenue targets
  • Bonus : Experience selling to CFOs or CHROs

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting : Identify and engage leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach
  • Discovery & Demos : Understand customer pain points and conduct tailored product walkthroughs
  • Negotiation : Address objections, structure deals, and align stakeholders
  • Closures : Own revenue targets and ensure deals are successfully closed
  • Target ICP : CFOs and CHROs across India
