About The Role :

  • Renewals and managing a diverse portfolio of brokers.
  • Engaging in industry events to foster new business opportunities.
  • Tackle complex broker queries to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement business plans aligned with financial strategies and company goals.
  • Uphold underwriting guidelines, ensuring excellence in service delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Leverage strong communication skills to gather quality information from stakeholders.
  • Foster partnerships with reinsurers to stay abreast of best practices in underwriting.

Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underwriting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to underwriting.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and development, preferred
