Engineering Manager-GenAI

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of GenAI / NLP engineers, driving performance, growth, and collaboration.
• Define the technical roadmap for scaling GenAI applications in healthcare.
• Drive architecture and design decisions for LLM-powered, RAG, and AI agent systems.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization of production AI / ML systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT).
• Build an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture that balances innovation and delivery. Requirements :
• 3+ years hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs / Deep Learning.
• 2+ years of people management experience (teams of 5–10 engineers).
• Strong engineering background in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in NLP, transformers (e.g., BERT), GANs, or related architectures.
• Experience deploying production-scale AI / ML systems with monitoring and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bonus : Experience with healthcare technology, regulated industries, or medical coding standards.
