Job descriptionResponsibilities : Lead and manage a team of GenAI / NLP engineers, driving performance, growth, and collaboration. Define the technical roadmap for scaling GenAI applications in healthcare. Drive architecture and design decisions for LLM-powered, RAG, and AI agent systems. Oversee deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization of production AI / ML systems. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT). Build an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture that balances innovation and delivery. Requirements : 3+ years hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs / Deep Learning. 2+ years of people management experience (teams of 5–10 engineers). Strong engineering background in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Expertise in NLP, transformers (e.g., BERT), GANs, or related architectures. Experience deploying production-scale AI / ML systems with monitoring and MLOps practices. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders. Bonus : Experience with healthcare technology, regulated industries, or medical coding standards.
