Studio HR & Coordinator

Overview

Location : Bhubaneswar (on site)

Type : Fulltime

Experience : 1-2 years in HR, admin or people management

Compensation : ₹3.0 LPA + performance bonus

Your Role

Help us grow our small studio by managing recruitment and keep things running smoothly.

You will handle :

Hiring and onboarding new 3D artists.

Reaching out to local architecture collages and communities.

Schedule interviews, shortlist candidates and maintain database of candidates.

Small admin and coordination tasks.
