Juhu Resorts & Development Pvt Ltd owns and operates The Emerald Hotel & Executive Apartments, a 4-star deluxe hotel situated in the upscale suburb of Juhu, Mumbai. The hotel offers a variety of accommodations ranging from rooms to fully furnished studios, and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for both long and short stays. The Emerald Hotel features a restaurant, cafe, bakery, fitness center, business center, and travel desk, as well as conferencing and banqueting facilities. Conveniently located equidistant from Mumbai International Airport and Bandra Kurla Complex, it is also close to major business districts and upscale shopping areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager Revenue Management. The Manager Revenue Management will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize hotel revenue. The role involves conducting revenue analysis, forecasting, and monitoring market trends to determine pricing strategies. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales and finance teams to maximize revenue opportunities, analyzing competitor pricing, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

The Revenue Manager will report to the Sales Head.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is essential
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Revenue Analysis experience
  • Proven expertise in Revenue Management
  • Proficiency in Sales tactics and strategies
  • Should have Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
