US Payroll Specialist – SAP Implementation

Location : Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)

Working Days : 5 Days Working

Salary Upto 5.5 LPA (Depending on last CTC drawn)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Payroll Specialist with hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll /

SAP HR implementation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, ensuring compliance, and supporting

SAP payroll implementation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end US payroll processing using SAP Payroll systems.

Validate and process employee data including new hires, terminations, and changes.

Handle payroll inputs, deductions, taxes, and adjustments accurately.

Support SAP Payroll configuration and implementation activities.

Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain payroll records and ensure audit readiness.

Provide support during payroll system upgrades or new module roll outs.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in US Payroll.

Strong knowledge of SAP HR / Payroll modules

(implementation or support experience).

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in US night shift.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in SAP Payroll implementation or migration projects.

Certification in SAP HR / Payroll preferred.
