Desktop Support Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8-10 Yr

Experience in managing Desktop Engineering tools, products, processes etc covering Application packaging, Desktop build management, GPO, GPP, SCCM / Intune / MECM etc

Experience in troubleshooting performance related issues escalated by L2 teams covering group policies, builds, SCCM / Intune etc.

Do a trend analysis of ticket trends and propose improvements

Create, manage and approve knowledge articles

Provide 1 : 1 support to Platinum and Gold users

Good understanding and knowledge Windows Active directory and Azure AD
