Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our operations team as an Insurance Operations Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in P&C Commercial Insurance or relevant finance qualifications.
This role is responsible for supporting crucial, end-to-end insurance processesfrom new business issuance through claimsensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination with global teams.
Key Responsibilities and Operational Deliverables :
- End-to-End Operational Support : Support end-to-end insurance operations across the policy lifecycle, including key technical processes such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, COIs (Certificates of Insurance), and claims processing support.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy in every operational process.
- Perform quality checks on processed documentation before finalization.
- Global Team Coordination : Coordinate effectively with global teams and cross-functional departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to ensure smooth handoffs and timely resolution of operational queries.
- Process Learning and Optimization : Actively learn how the commercial insurance ecosystem works, developing strong foundational operational and analytical skills while identifying potential improvements in workflow efficiency.
- Technology Adoption : Engage with and utilize AI-powered workflows and technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency, demonstrating a proactive approach as a tech-savvy professional.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain meticulous records of all operational activities, ensuring clear audit trails, and assist in preparing periodic operational reports for management review.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :
