Job description

The Head of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market expansion strategies, and building a high-performing sales organization. This role will lead sales operations, establish strategic partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate market penetration. The ideal candidate is a high-impact leader with strong experience in scaling new brands, building sales pipelines, and achieving ambitious enrollment and revenue targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in education, EdTech, training, or international student recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
