We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Associate to strengthen our finance team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to develop a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and compliance while contributing to the smooth running of core financial operations. You will gain hands-on exposure across multiple finance functions and work closely with senior leaders to accelerate your career in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, expense entries, and reconciliations.

Assist in preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Support the budgeting process by tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, and maintaining updated financial records.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors.

Oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll support.

Maintain well-organized records and financial documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.

Contribute to the adoption and enhancement of finance tools, ERP, and reporting systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial insights and data.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce , or a related discipline (Master's or professional certifications like CA / CPA / CMA are a plus).

1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles (internships also considered).

Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel ; knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.

A growth-oriented individual eager to learn and take ownership.
