Martine Law is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to build and manage our network of law firm websites across multiple states, including Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Texas. The role involves developing new websites, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring they are SEO-friendly, secure, fast, and conversion-focused. You will collaborate closely with the SEO and content teams to implement technical improvements, landing pages, and high-volume publishing workflows.

Compensation : $2500 monthly

Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for multiple law firm domains.
• Build responsive, mobile-first designs aligned with SEO and UX best practices.
• Implement landing pages, service pages, and blogs.
• Optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals, speed, caching, image compression, CDN setup).
• Ensure SEO compliance : clean code, schema markup integration, proper heading structures, internal linking.
• Manage plugin / theme updates, security patches, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Work with the SEO team to resolve indexing, crawlability, and site architecture issues.
• Implement lead-generation features : forms, chat widgets, call-tracking numbers, LSA integrations.
• Handle multi-domain strategy : setting up new websites with consistent branding.
