Job descriptionDevelop comprehensive reinforcement detailing for all precast elements, ensuring bar Generate bar-bending schedules (BBS) using CADS RC for seamless production and Validate reinforcement congestion, cover requirements, and concrete placement Interpret and cross-check architectural and structural drawings to identify discrepancies Liaise with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and production teams to Collaborate with BIM teams to integrate precast and rebar models with overall project Apply company and client CAD / BIM standards, maintaining strict version control and Conduct self-checks and participate in peer reviews to maintain zero-error deliverables. Ensure all outputs meet QA / QC requirements and health & safety considerations for Provide technical support to factory production teams for reinforcement bending, Track revisions and maintain drawing logs, ensuring timely release of approved Assist in value-engineering efforts to optimize reinforcement quantities and precast Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent Experience : Minimum 5+ years in precast detailing, with at least 3 years focused on Software Expertise : o MS Office (Excel for BBS verification)

1. Precast & Rebar Detailing
- Prepare highly accurate 2D / 3D shop drawings, erection layouts, and component details
(panels, beams, columns, stairs, hollow-core slabs, etc.).
