- Receive and direct incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Greet and assist walk-in clients with currency exchange and basic KYC documentation
- Oversee front desk operations and maintain accurate records
- Respond to customer emails in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams on service requests
