Lead Consultant - SAP Group Reporting

Job descriptionInteract with business users and stakeholders to understand and document financial processes and requirements. Perform gap analysis and design functional specifications aligned with SAP best practices. Manage SAP project activities including workshops, configuration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO processes across multiple support projects. Participate in project and client meetings, offering guidance and solutions to complex financial requirements. Support SAP technical architecture and integration with other modules and systems. Exposure to Group Reporting and understanding of its integration with core FICO modules is an added advantage. Demonstrate self-motivation and leadership capabilities in managing tasks and mentoring junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a cohesive delivery approach. Minimum 6 years of SAP experience in Financial Accounting and Controlling. Minimum 5 SAP project implementations, including at least 2 S / 4HANA projects. Minimum 3 SAP support project experiences. Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Treasury Management, and Product Costing. Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA (on-premise and cloud). Experience with Group Reporting is a plus.
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, hands-on experience in SAP S / 4HANA (on-premise and cloud), and a solid track record of implementation and support projects. This role involves end-to-end SAP solution delivery — from requirements gathering and blueprinting to configuration, testing, and support.
Responsibilities :
SAP Solution Design & Implementation
- Design, implement, and deploy SAP Financial solutions to meet business goals.
- Lead and contribute to full lifecycle SAP projects, including at least 2 S / 4HANA implementations.
- Configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Treasury.
