SOHII is seeking a dynamic and strategic
Key Account Manager (KAM)
who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Retail B2B clients. This role focuses on ensuring Retail B2B client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning internal teams to deliver high-quality experience. The KAM will acts as a trusted advisor to key high end B2B clients while driving account growth and profitability.
Core Responsibilities
Build, foster, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SOHII’S Key Retail B2B clients to ensure trust and loyalty.
Follow up with Key Retail B2B clients for orders, payments, and stock status.
Share new product launches, price lists, and promotional updates.
Coordinate with operations for dispatches, shortages, and delivery timelines
Update internal sales tracker, CRM, and weekly forecast sheet.
Respond to client queries via Calls, emails and WhatsApp promptly.
Align with marketing for in-store visibility, planograms, and training content.
Review product performance vs. targets and prepare short daily summaries.
Key Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or B2B Sales Preferably from Lifestyle, Baby care, Kids or FMCG Sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and achieve growth targets.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Analytical mind set with comfort in Excel reporting and data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
