Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from manpower planning, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across architectural, engineering, and corporate roles.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and induction process for new hires.
- Support HR operations including performance management, compliance, and employee engagement as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in infrastructure, or consultant.Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level positions.Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, HR tools, and recruitment best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and deliver within timelines.What We Offer
